Responsibilities

• Analyze potential lead candidates and assist with outreach & preparation for international conferences (you may also have the opportunity to join us at these events in the future).
• Review prospective VCs and family offices to strategically plan for future fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate on strategy planning with our CEO, prioritizing different client segments and preparing materials for calls.
• Collect and review metrics on sales, outreach, and conferences.
• Read and monitor the markets, deeply immersing yourself to help shape the direction of our company, accommodating the ever-changing landscape.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic challenges of a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience thriving in high-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or VCs for at least 3-6 months.
• A background in biology, immunology, biotechnology, or a strong interest in these fields, with the ability to easily navigate these areas.
• A strong analytical mindset, capable of in-depth analysis of data to drive strategic decisions with a doer attitude.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for structuring work and efficiently addressing daily challenges.
• Persistence in seeking solutions, not taking "no" for an answer, striving for perfection.
• A never-ending eagerness to learn, with a lifestyle that reflects continuous personal and professional growth.

Nice to Have

• Leadership and teamwork skills demonstrated through active engagement in university clubs, societies, or other extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to travel globally for conferences and accelerators.
• A background or strong interest in machine learning, neural networks, and a passion for technology.
